According to a recent study conducted by KMPG, it was revealed that almost sixty million people are the victims of hacking resulting in massive amounts of data loss.
As the study shows, more than 280 million people over the world have lost their valuable data over last three years. 46 per cent of these people had no password protection or encryption, whereas the rest faced data loss despite password protection and encryption.
Of these, 14 percent of users were from the field of finance, which was the most targeted by hackers, clearly highlighting a security concern. Between 2007 and 2008, hackers had affected 62 per cent of people and the combined numbers of data lost is shocking.
The security concerns are obvious, but more painful and critical is the loss of precious and valuable data.
Conventional backup devices like the pen drive, USB device etc, can be easily hacked into and that is why online backup is your solution. With online backup, you can now store all your data in an online vault and as this data is stored in real time. It will be updated each day, keeping your data safe and secured from all incidents of data loss and theft.
